해결방법은 다음 쿼리를 추가해주면 됩니다. (SET SQL_SAFE_UPDATES = 0;) 또는 테이블 환경설정을 바꿔도 됩니다.

SET SQL_SAFE_UPDATES = 0;
DELETE FROM user;

 

 

또는 TRUNCATE 명령어를 사용해주면 됩니다.

TRUNCATE TABLE user;
